This article in view of the present research situation all around the world, and Tiantai county in the city of Taizhou tea persimmon compound management construction actual situation, using the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method, to tea persimmon complex management system of ecological benefit, economic benefit and social benefit are analyzed, by using analytic hierarchy process for tea persimmon tea intercropping, pure tea and pure persimmon garden integrated benefit evaluates.There are broad prospects in the cultivation of tea and persimmon. But tea original Asia tropical forest communities in associated tree species, with shade tolerance, or moderate hi diffused light biological characteristics. Artificially change tea phylogeny in the formation of this habit, take it from the forest ecological system in transplantation, for bare land cultivation, although short-term inside can obtain some benefit, but this is very difficult to continue. Establishment of tea persimmon high efficient compound ecological system, the construction of ecological tea garden and the development of pollution-free, green food and organic tea together, is to achieve sustainable development effective way. So the county taking a small watershed as a unit, through years of planting, suit one’s measures to local conditions to build mainly tea, tea tree simulation natural ecological community and set up multiple species, multiple combinations of tea persimmon compound ecological system, it is the engineering measures of the scientific allocation and biological measures, optimize combination, better use of energy and land resources, maintain ecosystem diversity, stability, high efficiency and high productivity etc..In order to understand the complex tea persimmon cultivation on soil nutrients and environmental factors, the tea quality and economic effect, in the province of Zhejiang county set up a tea, tea persimmon2operating modes, on soil, forest environment and tea quality analysis. The results show that, the tea persimmon composite mode and pure tea garden in summer, surface and near30cm humidity respectively increase13.6%,18.6%, summer surface and near30cm temperature decreased4degrees C,0.5degrees C, the light intensity is reduced by660.22mol m-2s-1, wind speed decreased by75%, soil phosphorus and potassium content were increased by91.7%,150%. Tea persimmon cultivation patterns of spring, summer tea water extract, caffeine, amino acids, soluble sugar, soluble protein content were higher than that of pure tea; tea persimmon cultivation fifth years, tea persimmon production value amounts to83040yuan per hectare than pure forest, tea production value (59670yuan/HA) higher than23460yuan, amplitude up to39.3%.
