The "TianFengSu" is amine alcohols plant growth regulator, and have got good results in other crops.Study on agronomic traits^outcrossing characteristics、seed yield and seed quality of Y58S which is female parent of hybrid rice combination "Y Liang You1" through spraying different dosage "TianFengSu" in different growth period in SuiNing seed production base of Long Ping Seed Ltd,com, in Hunan2011.the following results:1. Agronomic traits:compared with CK,when16ml/667m2"TianFengSu" were sprayed,tillering rate panicling stage respectly increased by12.5%,3%in tiller stage;average plant height increased by4-5cm; total number of spikelets per unit area increased by11.6%and panicle length increase by8.71%in young panicle differentiation stage.2.Outcrossing characteristics:flowering time was improved by spraying16ml/667m" TianFengSu ".the flowering rate before afternoon is88.8%which increase by24.9%compared with CK in initial heading stage,moreover the synchronization degree was improved in flowering peak.exserted stigma rate reach91.4%and increase by4.71%compared with CK. Y58S head tightly,full heading date advanced1-2days,the whole panicle and flowering date shorten2-3days.3.Seed production yield:after spraying16ml/667m2"TianFengSu",grain weight have improved and increase by1.37%in initial heading stage;out-crossing rate reach significiant difference in young panicle stage and initial heading stage,and out-crossing rate increase by15.6%compared with CK in initial heading stage.the increase degree of effective panicle number per unit area reach significiant difference,and effective panicle number reach225000/667m2;theoretical yield respectively reach273.17kg/667m2’278.19kg/667m2/280.78kg/667m2and increase by20%compared with CK, the optimium concentration is16ml/667m24.Seed Quality:compared with CK,the degree of seeds crack reduction rate is significant in young panicle differentiation stage V and the initial heading stage after spraying16ml/667m2"TianFengSu".seeds crack rate reduce by17.8%in young panicle differentiation stage V,black powder grain rate reduce by20%and reach significiant difference degree;germination rate after spraying16ml/667m2’"TianFengSu" respectly were97%,95%and reach significiant difference degree compared with CK. 5.Conclusion:This study shows that TianFengSu, can increase seed yield and seed quality in hybrid rice seed production, effect of spraying16ml/667m2in young panicle initiation V and the initial heading stage is the best.
