| Cucumber was one of the major vegetable crops in China, which was widely grown in the facilities and open field. In the cultivation process, cucumber not only needed more water but also was very sensitive on the water at the same time, and when lack of oxygen, the roots would not be able to maintain normal life activities, so water and gas environment on cucumber rhizosphere were constrained to its high yield and quality factors. The purpose of this thesis was using the theories and methods of oxygation to proven soil rhizosphere oxygen status on Greenhouse cucumber in its growth periods, and the effect of oxygation on its growth, physiological ecology and yield in different stages under the different ventilation conditions in the rhizosphere. And the results showed:1. Oxygen irrigation can effectively promote the growth of cucumber plants, and was also conducive to the occurrence of root, root elongation, shoot growth, the accumulation of substances, the monoclonal fruit number, increase the proportion of female flowers and male flowers, and fruit set, while increasing the photosynthetic rate, and enhance the overall function of the plant. Ultimately make a significant increase in the autumn cucumber production under the oxygation.2. In the whole growth process of the Greenhouse cucumber, leaf chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2concentration showed the same trend, and gradually decreases. In the whole change process, the reducing rate of control group was the most mutative, among which intercellular CO2concentration in the most significant. Processing with oxygen in the chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2concentration was significantly higher than control grop. Comprehensivly analysis, insome extent oxygation can help to improve the chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2concentration, thereby improving yields.3. The male and female flowers and the number of individual fruit impact most in the crop yield factors. Finally come to yield results showed that the aerobic treatment once a day (about80L/(strain.d)) to ensure the right amount of oxygen input to production increases. The leaf level of the water use efficiency of reaction from a certain extent, the issue of water use, Obtained from the test that not every period was applicable to the oxygen treatment, the most effective way was to begin oxygen irrigation when enter the early flowering stage can effectively improve the utilization of leaf water. |
