| The development of high efficient water-saving agriculture, promote agricultural water infusion technology, improve the efficiency of water use, prevent the serious shortage of water resource in order to maintain its sustainable development and utilization, as it is significant in restore eco-environment in Wuwei district. In this study, the development of water and fertilizer technology integrated management in China was summarized, the characteristics and advantages of this technology was also estimated. Researches on cucumber planting used water and fertilizer technology integrated management, in solar greenhouse situation were carried out. The major results of the study are the following:1. Through out the experiment, growth physiological indexes during the reproductive period such as cucumber plant height, leaf area, chlorophyll content and photosynthetic were identified. The dry matter accumulation of cucumber root, stem, leaf and fruit in reproductive period were analyzed.2. Through out the experiment, greenhouse cucumber production( the cucumber numbers, single fruit weight, water use efficiency), water use efficiency and quality, soluble protein, soluble sugar, nitrate, vitamin C) were identified under different irrigation water and irrigation fertilization situation. The correlation between cucumber yield and different water and fertilizer application ways were studied. The most suitable for greenhouse cucumber high-yield, highquality, water-saving, fertilization application mode was selected.3.Through out the experiment, the content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in cucumber roots, stems, leaives and fruits were evaluated on the different development stages and under different irrigation water and irrigation fertilization ways. The nutrient accumulation and distribution rules in cucumber, and fertilizer use efficiency were studied.4. Through out the experiment, identified the distribution of root zone soil nitrate nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in the soil under different irrigation water and irrigation fertilization ways, as well as clearified the relationship between soil nutrient and different irrigation and fertilization ways. |
