Chemical regulation is an important means of regulation of wheat production,In order tostudy the chemical control agent effect on dry-land winter wheat, this test uses a split-plotdesign, we define three different varieties Xinong39, Pubing143and Pubing476(lines) as themain processing, two chemical control agent as the vice processing, spraying MET and SAwith the concentration of250mg/L at the jointing and booting stage, we use water as acontrast, Studying the two chemical control agents effect on the three different varieties (lines)of winter wheat plant height, leaf area and other biological characteristics, physiologicalcharacteristics of flag leaf (photosynthetic characteristics, water use, etc.) and biochemicalcharacteristics (chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, malondialdehyde content), as wellas production and its composition factors, and thus draw the following conclusions:(1) MET can reduce the dry-land winter wheat plant height, while the SA has thefunction of promoting growth; both of MET and SA have the role of increasing the flag leafarea and dry matter accumulation of winter wheat; and the effect on three different varietieswinter wheat is difference.(2) MET and SA can improve the dry-land winter wheat flag leaves of net photosyntheticrate and leaf chlorophyll content and photosynthetic capacity of winter wheat. But the effectsare difference because of varieties, MET significantly increased the flag leaf netphotosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of Xinong39and Pubing143, and SA significantlyimproved the net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of Pubing476.(3) MET and SA improved the water use efficiency of dry-land winter wheat flag leaves, enhanced the drought resistance of winter wheat, the effect of MET treatment and SAtreatment on Xinong39and Pubing476reached a significant level, the effect of SA onPubing143has reached a significant level too, while MET treatment was not significant.(4) The MET and SA also effect on dry-land winter wheat functional leaf transpirationrate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2concentration, MET and SA reduced thewinter wheat flag leaf stomatal conductance, thus affecting its intercellular CO2concentration,the change is consistent with the direction. MET and SA reduced the transpiration rate of flagleaves of winter wheat Xinong39and Pubing476flag. Because of the deference of stomatalconductance and transpiration rate of each treatment, indirectly effects on the oil watercontent, compared to the control (CK), the0~200cm soil layer average soil water content is basically increased of MET treatment and SA treatment, in addition to Pubing476of METtreatment significantly improved, other treatments did not reach the significant levels.(5) SA could increase the soluble sugar content of winter wheat flag leaves, the effect ofPubing143and Pubing476a significant level, MET reduced the soluble sugar content ofwinter wheat flag leaves and do not reached the significant level. The soluble sugar is themost important material osmotic adjustment and energy sources of plants, conducive to winterwheat resist to drought stress and the transfer of nutrients to the grain, established afoundation for winter wheat to accumulate the dry matter and increase the production. METreduced the MDA content of winter wheat flag leaf of the three varieties (lines), SA reducedthe flag leaves MDA of Pubing143and Pubing476, the effect on Pubing476reached asignificant level. It is thus clear that the MET and SA could reduce the membrane lipidperoxidation of winter wheat leaves, and delay leaf senescence, thereby enhancing theresistant response ability of winter wheat to drought stress.(6) MET and SA could improve the yield of dry-land winter wheat, and the paniclenumber, grain number and grain weight showed obvious advantages, the ear length is somedegree of decrease. Spraying MET significantly increased the panicle number and grainnumber of Xiong39and Pubing143, reduced the grain weight, spraying SA significantlyimproved the wheat tiller and grain weight of the three varieties (lines) of winter wheat, nosignificant effect on grain number, thus increasing the yield.
