In the development of fungicides, synthetic chemical fungicides have an important rolein antifungal, ensuring the stability of agriculture and forestry crops, etc. However, due to theshortcomings of synthetic chemical fungicides and long-term unreasonable use, graduallyexposed some serious problems: Such as resistance to other fungicides, and a hidden dangerto people’s health. So to discover high biological activity, biosafety on non-target,environmental compatibility microbial fungicides is a great topic of the fungicide. Thebotanical fungicide is a new microbial fungicide, using some parts of the plant, which hasantifungal activity or its effective extracts processed for antifungal, prevention and controlplant disease. Due to low toxicity, high selectivity, easily degradable, many scholars payattention on the botanical fungicide, and become a research focus.In recent years, domestic and foreign workers conducted an extensive survey study ofnatural organic acids, discovered the organic acid with the metal, forming a dual active centerof the complex, and can improve the biological activity of organic acid ligand. At present,salts of organic acid and organic acid metal complex are widely used in medicine, food andfeed and other fields, because of its antitumor, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, analgesic,hypoglycemic, antioxidant, protective cardiovascular effects, and the organic acid metalcomplex has good stability, small environmental pollution, low toxicity, but in the agriculturalis uncommon, so the paper synthetized the metal complexes of nicotinic acid, and tested onSphaerotheca fuligenea (Schlecht) Poll.and Botrytis cinerea Pers. et Tris. The result asfollowing:1. Regulated p H≈7with NaOH, the molar ratio M:acid is1:2, heated to85℃, refluxed4-5h, obtained zinc nicotinate, copper nicotinate, manganese nicotinate.2. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis and IR, inferred their formulasare:Zn(C6H4NO2)2、Cu(C6H4NO2)2and [Mn(C6H4NO2)2]2H2O. Zinc nicotinateis a kind of white amorphous powder, copper nicotinate is blue and sheet, manganesenicotinate is white and blocky, they are dissolved in DMSO and DMF.3.Anti-fungi activities of three complexes were tested on Botrytis cinerea and Sphaeothecafuliginea with the concentration of1.0g/L and0.5g/L, found zinc nicotinate has a good efficacy relatively, the protective effect is better than curative effect.
