Wear is the main failure mode of agricultural tillage components, resulting in huge economiclosses. The wear resistance is an important index for evaluating the quality of deep pineshovel,At present, domestic scraper tip wear resistance is far less than imported bucket tip, tosolve this problem and improve deep loosening shovel tip wear resistance to increase its servicelife by using plasma arc welding technology has important practical significance.With argon as the shielding gas test, using plasma arc will be made of ductile cast ironsubsoiler with surface preparation of iron-tungsten carbide wear-resistant coating.Study ontungsten carbide were added in10%,20%,30%,40%,50%when the law of influence on thewear resistance, will affect the four key parameters of plasma welding quality: welding current,powder feeding rate, plasma gas flow, welding velocity of orthogonal experiment.Themicrostructure of the surfacing layer was observed by metallographic microscope, and thehardness of the surfacing layer was measured by the microhardness tester.. In the end, the wearresistance of the composite powder surfacing shovel was detected by field experiments. Thefollowing conclusions:1.The best solution for process parameters: welding current is82A, feed rate is32g·min-1, theplasma gas flow rate is0.6L·min-1and welding speed is16cm·min-1. Orthogonal test resultsrange analysis and analysis of variance of the parameters affecting the size of the order: weldingspeed> feed rate> welding current> plasma gas flow.2.Surfacing the main phase of γ-Fe dendrites and interdendritic eutectic, tungsten carbideparticles decompose and WC and W2C situ eutectic precipitates. Is supersaturated with carbonand tungsten iron-based alloy Si, Cr and other elements interact to generate a significant portionof the nascent phase dendrites Fe3W3C and Fe6W6C hard phase firmly bonded coating.3.The appropriate proportion of the Fe90tungsten alloy is40%higher than the wear resistanceof ductile iron base metal spatula tip five times. When tungsten carbide content is less than40%,the average hardness of the coating and wear resistance increases with increasing the content oftungsten carbide, tungsten carbide content when increased to50%, the hardness of tungsten carbide containing40%lower than the hardness, coating and substrate binding was reduced,surfacing layer and the substrate into pieces "move down" phenomenon appears in field trials.4.By comprehensive economic evaluation and analysis, the iron casting iron surfacing cangreatly reduce the cost.
