Influence Of Jade-screen (Gan Lianyu Ping Feng San) Powder On The Immune Response To ILT Disease Vaccine In Chickens

The experiment was designed to study the effect of Chinese medicine GanLianYu pingfengsan (huangqi fangfeng baizhu gancao chuanxinlian) on the infectious throat bronchitis vaccine immune to the chicken.Three hundred and Thirty-six healthy chickens of one day age were allocated to 45 days and randomly divided into eight groups. Animals inⅠ~Ⅲgroup were drunk with GanLianYupingfengsanfor 3 days with the following levels: high (1.0 g/ml),middle (0.5 g/ml), and low (0.25 g/ml) before immuning the infectious throat bronchitis vaccine.Ⅳ,Ⅴand VI groups were done as the above content after 3 days of immunization .Ⅶgroup was wenduqing control group,Ⅷgroup was immune control group. In the feeding experiment of 52 days, 59 days, 73 days and 87 days, 8 chicken from each group were blooded from heart, to determinate the antibody level of ILT,IFN-γ,IL-4;Blooded under the wings, to determinate the lymphocyte content of CD4 ,CD8 , and CD4 / CD8 ratio; After the above, chickens were slaughtered and token the thymus and spleen profile kill, method surname bag, trachea and bowel; the thymus and spleen profile kill, method surname bag were calculated with organs index;And put the trachea and bowel in Bouin ’s fixed 48 hours to make paraffin, determining the positive expression rate of IgA secretory cells. The results indicated that the high, middle dose of GanLianYupingfengsan can significantly improve the antibody titer of ILT (P < 0.01) in the blood ,IFN-γcontent, immune organs index (P < 0.05), the positive expression rate of IgA secretory cells in chicks,tracheal and small intestine and devour activity of peripheral blood macrophages and reduce the IL-4 content in the day before immuning and the third day of the immunization Low doses of GanLianYupingfengsan can inordinately improve the IFN-γ, antibody, immune organs,the positive expression rate of IgA secretory cells in tracheal and small intestine and devour activity of peripheral blood macrophages and reduce the IL-4 content in the early stage,;and the results of the late stage were significantly different with control group ;wenduqing can inordinately improve the antibody ,IFN-γcontent, immune organs index, the positive expression rate of IgA secretory cells in tracheal and small intestine and devour activity of peripheral blood macrophages and reduce the IL-4 content .and the result of the late stage is not significantly different with control group ;The results show that GanLianYupingfengsan can effectively improve the immune function of chickens.
