Ecological Adaptation Of Five Different Germplasm Of Honeysuckle In The Real Traditional Production Areas Of Henan

Henan is the traditional origin land and cultivation land of Honeysuckle, and the Honeysuckle produced in Henan was known as the "Southern Silver Flower" or "Mi Yinhua", Due to the natural environment and the impact of the production measures, and sexual hybridization and buds variation, Germplasm of honeysuckle occur many variation and differentiation, Many farm species and strains were formec in Henan. as traditional origin area, the germplasm research of Henan is lagging behind. It leads to the production of germplasm confusion and the lack of uniform seeds, and yield instability,limits the development and planting efficiency of honeysuckle, there is an urgent need to find the one or two fine varieties in the area to promote the cultivation in Order to maximize the pursuit of comprehensive benefits particular to maximize economic benefits. This study is to select the Fengqiu,Pingyi,,xupu, Xiushan, five varieties of excellent performance, contrast the growth of branches, bud development, production, quality, effectiveness, and then select the optimal species in the area to promote.Through the contrast and analysis of soil physical and chemical properties and GBS between original planting area and study area,we find the difference of different area, Shandong Pingyi and Henan Fengqiu have little differences in GBS and soil physical and chemical propertiesm, while the differences of Hunan Xupu Chongqing Henan Fengqiu Xiushan are large.from this,we can know the MengJin1st can adapt the study area better,and Yu Lei 1st and Xiang Lei 1st will be a difference.we showed that Mengjin 1st is best covering all aspects through comparing the growth of branches and leaves, buds and development status, production conditions, quality, benefit and from a genuine producing area, Xiang Lei 1st, Yu Lei,1st, the ecological adaptability is relatively poor performance, especially Yu Lei,1st,the indicators embodiing ecological adaptability have far less than several other varieties.Pingyi varieties is best.following JinFeng 1st and Yuhua 1st. JinFeng 1 st is better of the two. because although the growth of branches and leaves, flower buds, yield, efficiency are Similar, the quality of Jinfeng is better than Yuhualst, the main drugs component such as chlorogenic acid and total flavone Yuhualst is relatively lower,quality will decide the market price, then affects the economic benefits.and from a genuine producing area of Xiang Lei, Yu Lei, a number of ecological adaptability is relatively poor performance, especially on Yu Lei, embodiment ecological adaptability of the indicators have far less than several other varieties.and from a genuine producing area, Xiang Leilst, Yu Lei,1st, the ecological adaptability is relatively poor performance, especially Yu Lei,1st,the indicators embodiing ecological adaptability have far less than several other varieties.The cause of Five ecological adaptability differences should be two main points, first should be regulated by GBS and soil physicochemical condition, By comparing we found that the GBS of Yu Leilst, and Xiang Leilst much different than the study areas, MengJinlst is similar to the study area,Ecological adaptability differences just consist with the GBS differences,This fully shows the GBS differences determine the ecological adaptabilityThe second reason is that species, five species are fine varieties in the original planting area, but the MengJin lst,JinFenglst,YuHualst have a better performance,while Xiang Leilst, Yu Leilst have worse performance,the reason is that the former is derived from the traditional areas of varieties, germplasm is good, can adapt the environment easily, The latter are from non traditional areas, Germplasm is poor, Strong ability to adapt to the environment.From the ecological adaptability differences of five honeysuckle species, I think that MengJin 1st,JinFeng 1st, fit in the process of planting, though MengJin 1st is from Shandong varieties, the growth of branches and leaves, flower buds, yield, quality, benefit are best.JinFeng 1st,from study area, each index is better, YuHuals, although growth of branches and leaves, flower buds, yields,several of th indicators e performance are good, but due to the relatively poor quality, so there is no need for promotion.
