Harm of plant pathogenic bacteria has become one of the serious threat toagricultural production. The heavy use of pesticides not only polluts greatly thewhole environment, but many agricultural pests and diseases due to long-termpesticide resistance in the process form a variety of drug resistance. For now, therising cost of the development of a new chemical pesticides, and for hundreds of yearsof terrestrial plant and animal chemistry research and utilization of resources, manystrong activity on land mass of the substance is already fully utilized in antimicrobialpest control, continue to search for a new pesticides more active from terrestrialresources have become increasingly difficult. Algae contains all sorts of unique, novelstructure and activity of excellence distinguished compounds. In addition, the methodof chemical ecology from natural antifouling substances in marine organismsbecomes new thinking of solving the problems of marine fouling organisms in recentyears, its goal is to find efficient non-toxic anti-fouling materials to replace theoriginal serious threats to the marine environment of the antifouling materialschemical synthesis. Thus, Algae active substances for antifouling templates provide agood natural antifouling material compounds. The purpose of this study is from four strains of red algae on Qingdao coast(including Chondriacrassicaulis, Plocamium telfairiae, Symphyocladia latiusculaand Rhodomela confervoides) screen the algae that contains rich metabolites by usingTLC and HPLC. Screen initially dominant algae species on biological activity ofdifferent polar compositions of metabolites using5strains of agricultural pathogenicand4strains of marine bacteria strains as a test.Take from the Qingdao coast4strains of marine red algae identification and dry, crush the sieving, ultrasonic extract, ethanol extract and rotation steamed dried extract, and ethyl acetate-water extraction volume, spin dry out the ethyl acetate phaseobtained using petroleum ether dichloromethane-ethyl-acetate and methanol gradientelution. Comprehensive analysis of thin-layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatographic analysis, filters out algae pine section is dominant algaespecies, metabolites of the richest.Preliminary biological activity screening: gender mold pigment B aspositivecontrol, in agricultural fungi suppression activity filter, found this four strains marinered algae only on five strains agricultural bacteria in the of three strains fungi; Thisshows that the pine section inhibition of Rhodomela confervoides on the fungus islarger, and Rhodomela confervoides Fr3shows good fungi inhibitory activity. With chloramphenicol as the positive control, in the inhibitory activity of marinebacteria filter and found four strains of marine red algae to test four expressed someinhibitory activity of marine bacteria. This shows that bacterial inhibition ofRhodomela confervoides and Plocamium telfairiae is larger, Plocamium telfairiae Fr3and Rhodomela confervoides Fr3showed better inhibitory activity of bacteria. From Rhodomela confervoides, separate out a total of10compounds usingcomprehensive utilization of various chromatographic methods and modernspectroscopy technique.10compounds have no antibacterial activity against5strains of agriculturalfungi; compound5on Bacillus thuringiensis and Bacillus subtilis has lowantibacterial activity; compound9showed antibacterial activity against the4testedmarine bacteria, which to Bacillus thuringiensis and Bacillus subtilis antibacterialcircle equivalent to positive control.
