Y12-26 Secondary Metabolites Of Marine Actinomycetes Active Component Separation And Purification, Structural Identification And Biological Activity

The plant pathogenic antifungal compounds produced by Marine actinomycete Y12-26 was obtained, the structures of them were identificated, and the biological activity was studied.Through fermentation, solvent extraction, silica gel chromatography, thin layer chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography and other ways,three antifungal compounds were isolated from the culture extract of strain Y12-26 by bioassay-guided fractionation, named Y12-26-Z-1, Y12-26-Z-2 and Y12-26-Z-3.The spectra data of UV, MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 2D NMR and others were used to identify these compounds.The molecular formula of the compound Y12-26-Z-1 was confirmed as C48H74N12O14,with a molecular weight of 1042. The molecular weight of the compound Y12-26-Z-2 is 550; The molecular weight of the compound Y12-26-Z-3 is 550.The HPLC analysis method was established to analyze the compound Y12-26-Z-1 in the process of fermentation and purification. Through the bioassay, the MIC of Y12-26-Z-1,Y12-26-Z-2 and Y12-26-Z-3 against Pyricularia oryzae is 62.5μg/ml,20μg/ml and 31μg/ml in vitro.
