As the main structural material of concrete, need to continuous innovationbe on the basis of the original, according to the requirements of civil engineeringto create a new type of high performance concrete. Self-compacting concrete isa kind of high performance concrete through innovation, has excellent resistanceto segregation, full of templates, and package reinforcement without vibration,belonging to the high-fluidity concrete, it significantly reduced water by addinghigh performance admixtures, improved workability, durability, strength andother necessary properties of high performance concrete. And in theself-compacting concrete with fiber, not only made of fresh self-compactingconcrete with excellent performance, at the same time can significantly increaseits crack resistance, impact resistance and impermeability properties, improvethe performance of self-compacting concrete. This article on the single withbasalt fiber self-compacting concrete mix and basalt fiber and polypropylenefiber reinforced self-compacting concrete work, mechanical resistance,durability and performance and other aspects of the micro-experimental researchand theoretical analysis, completed the work of the following aspects:(1)Analysis the fibers affect of self-compacting concrete workability, theinfluence of superplasticizer dosage method, consult the technical specificationfor application of self-compacting concrete(CECS203:2006) and Europeanstandards(EFNARC) requirements of self-compacting concrete work on the testmethod of performance test, makes a meet the test requirements for higher workof hybrid fiber of self-compacting concrete.(2) For hybrid fibers of self-compacting concrete of the mechanicalproperties test, analyze only mixed basalt fiber and basalt fiber andpolypropylene fiber mixed of self-compacting concrete compressive strength,tensile strength and fracture elastic modulus influence and the improvement.(3) Hybrid fiber of self-compacting concrete freezing-thawing resisting thecirculation test, analyze the different fiber contents of combinations of self-compacting concrete of resistance to freezing-thawing resisting ability,through the test results indicated that the best hybrid fiber dosage combination.(4) Using mercury porosimetry testing pore structure characteristics ofhybrid fiber of self-compacting concrete, analysis under different fiberself-compacting concrete porosity and pore size distribution characteristics,study on hybrid fibers on improvement effect of pore structure ofself-compacting concrete; at the micro-experiments on hybrid fiber ofself-compacting concrete, fiber by electron microscopic observation on effect ofself-compacting concrete internal structure.
