| With the development of high-speed rail technology, high-speed EMU technology hasbeen rapid development, according to the railway and long-term development planning, theconstruction of the railway will continue in the next period of time, high-speed development.At present, the key technologies of the assembly, bogies, body, traction drive system, thenetwork control system, the overall leading position in a number of auxiliary equipment, suchas fire alarm control system is a comprehensive introduction of foreign technology andforeign technology and equipment.Train safety has always been the priority areas, fire protection systems is an importantpart of the train safety. The fire alarm system installed in the EMU at this stage are importedfrom abroad, the core technology controlled by others, and maintenance, very difficult for thesystem. In order to achieve localization of the motor car technology, reduce maintenance costs,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the fire alarm system of the present action vehiclegroup, high-performance the LPC900microcontroller chip as the core, combined with theadvanced technology of sensor technology, the bus and fault detection, the design anddevelopment of a fire alarm system for EMU.First of all, this paper has analyzed the fire alarm of EMU operation mode, and thevarious fire alarm principle of detailed analysis, elaborated the smoke, temperature andoptical sensor fire alarm principle and application; secondly, this paper uses NXP companyLPC900processor as the core of the system, realized the EMU fire alarm automatic controlsystem design, at the same time used in the fire alarm system and train the networkconnection; finally, in ensuring the reliability of the whole system under the premise, with thetrain bus connection, realization of the fire alarm system and train control integrationfunction.EMU fire alarm system composed of fire detector, regional controller and gateway. Inthe system, the fire detector and the regional controller connected by a CAN bus, andaccording to the characteristics of the system, design based on CAN bus fault monitoringmechanism, making the system able to reliable, efficient operation.At the end of the article, the system reliability is analyzed from two aspects, thehardware and software are given to improve system reliability method. |
