As a carrier for the development of tourism, Scenic Area has the dual pressures of tourism development and sustainable development of scenic, the contradiction of protection and use is more and more prominent. Driven by economic interests, tourism investors have done uncontrolled commercial development and a lack of awareness of conservation planning and construction, many scenic resources have been varying degrees of damage. The landscape resource is scarcity, fragile and non-renewable, once destroyed, the impact on the quality of the scenic landscape and even the ecological environment will further remedial and punitive action would not help. How to protect the good scenic landscape resources of the living space, the landscape resources is not compromised, has become a serious challenge in current.Division of Scenic protected areas as a means of coordinating the protection and development of Scenic, contribute to the protection and sustainable use of landscape resources, but the effect of this means is not obvious. The main reason is the lack of relevant theoretical system and limited technical means. Scenic protection zone delineation lack of a scientific basis for the actual implementation process and clear quantitative system analysis results are very subjective, so Scenic protection planning guidance is unconvincing. Based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign protection zone delineation on the theory and practice, find out two factors closely related to protection zone delineation-ecological sensitivity analysis and scenic resource evaluation, and do some further analysis of the relationship between these two factors and the protection zone delineation. On this basis, the traditional protected areas divided by tentative improvements, traditional division is lack of quantitative system weaknesses, the use of GIS spatial analysis function as a technical tool, ecological sensitivity and scenic resource evaluation of two major factor relates to the quantitative factor overlay, trying to provide a more scientific and reasonable method of protection zone delineation. Finally, HouPing Sinkhole Scenic protection zone delineation as an example, proven proposed protection zone delineation method. The paper is divided into four parts:The first part consists of Chapters Ⅰ and Ⅱ, first introduced the topics of the background, purpose, meaning and paper research, research methods and technology roadmap, and then interpret and summarize related concepts and relevant research of domestic and foreign in related field; The second part is the theoretical part, including the third to the fifth chapter of the thesis, first the relationship between the ecological sensitivity and scenic resource evaluation and protection zone delineation were analyzed, including both the protection zone delineation and its main constituent factor. And then put forward the protection zone delineation method based on the ecological sensitivity analysis and scenic resource evaluation, make use of GIS technology to analyze and overlay the relevant factors, and specifically addressed the Scenic protection zone delineation method based on GIS;The third part is the project practical part of Chapter Ⅵ of the article. Take the Chongqing HouPing Sinkhole protection zone delineation as an example, and select elevation, slope, water bodies, vegetation, level of scenic resource, scenic resource concentration as great impact factor of protection zone delineation for overlay analysis, the second part of the protection zone delineation method has been proven;Fourth part article, Chapter7summarizes the contents of the text of this stage of research, and to be deepened.
