Solar thermal power generation is a important direction of new energy utilization, compared with silicon, solar energy can significantly reduce the cost of solar power, and through the energy storage materials to achieve controllable solar thermal power generation in the sun, can still weaker conditions. Aluminum silicon alloy with high thermal conductivity, high latent heat and relatively cheap, phase change solar thermal power generation is ideal material of iron and steel, but the usual energy storage application of solar thermal power generation crucible materials are not corrosive molten aluminum silicon alloy problem hinders the aluminum silicon alloy materials for energy storage the. Therefore, to seek to develop resistance to aluminum silicon melt corrosion, thermal shock resistance and good storage crucible is urgent to carry out the work. This paper selects the silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide and recrystallized silicon carbide ceramic materials were prepared for solar thermal storage boiler material, its research on phase change material corrosion resistance as well as in the cyclic heating and instantaneous heating conditions of thermal shock resistance.The results show that, the silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide and recrystallized silicon carbide ceramic materials into the molten aluminum silicon alloy, in the temperature range of495~620℃within1080hours of repeated cycles, the corrosion resistance of molten aluminum silicon alloy solution two ceramic materials by detecting. The corrosion rate of two kinds of materials with attenuation logarithmic relationship, has better chemical stability. Two kinds of ceramic materials and aluminum silicon alloy does not react with the surface, no new phase formation, wetting perspective, both in contact with the aluminum silicon solution area is relatively small, with molten aluminum silicon alloy not invasion, compared to silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide ceramic material price is better than that of recrystallized silicon carbide materials.Secondly, by cyclic heating gas furnace and high frequency induction heating coil test on two kinds of ceramic materials, the thermal shock resistance test. The gas furnace heating principle is based on the reality of sunlight, sunlight cannot continue to shine, thermal shock resistance and temperature in the boiler. Through the gas furnace3cycles of heating, results showed that, two kinds of material and no crack or damage phenomenon, the structure remained intact, recrystallized SiC thermal conductivity slightly higher. High frequency induction heating coil principle is to detect thermal shock fracture, results showed that, both materials are brittle fracture, the high temperature silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide materials of fracture should be slightly higher than the recrystallized silicon carbide material, its resistance to transient heating thermal shock fracture properties than the recrystallized silicon carbide materials.Therefore, two kinds of ceramic materials are available as the selected conditions of solar heat storage of the crucible, wherein the silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide of the price, superior to the recrystallized silicon carbide materials.
