| With the development of electronic components become more and more miniaturized,diversification,personalization and precision,so the requests of accuracy and speed of SMT machine is more and more high. The existing SMT mounting head motor-servo rotary motor, due to the structure of the intermediate transmission acceleration and precision has been unable to meet the requirementsOn the basis of voice coil motor and disc type coreless permanent magnet synchronous motor, this thesis design a double degree of freedom (both rotary and linear motion) motor. The motor has combined the voice coil motor and disc type coreless permanent magnet synchronous motor’s advantages:small volume,light weight, high acceleration and velocity,thrust uniform,fast,high precision compact structure,no rotor losses,torque/weight ratio has the advantages of large and stable running. The main research work is as follows:First of all, this thesis analysis and induction the voice coil motor and coreless disk type permanent magnet synchronous motor and introduces the basic structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor and the voice coil motor basic structure,the basic structure of disc type motor, the coupling structure of voice coil motor and disc type coreless permanent magnet synchronous motorThen, the thesis introduce the two degrees of freedom in the size of the motor design,the relationship betweencoil and magnet corresponding,design of permanent magnet,magnetic circuit design and electromagnetic calculation in detail.Thirdly, because the disc motor is axial magnetic field, using the3D simulation moduleOf the electromagnetic simulation software MAGNET to analysis of motor magnetic field. We can get the mutual influence of torque ripple of the motor current, the transient linear motion force--displacement fluctuation, rotary motion and the two magnetic field.Finally, on the basis of the above research we produced a prototype and done a lot ofdetailed experiments, the experimental results are consistent with theoretical analysis. |
