The Effective Evaluation Of Environmental Interpretation In City Forest Park

In this study, according to the characteristics and function of city forest park and based on related theory, such as communication, expectations perception model, and combining with other study paper,this study give six principles to evaluate the validity of environmental interpretation, which is tangible, assurance, responsiveness, reliability, ecological and educational and make totally19factors covered all aspects of the environmental interpretation system. By using the method of questionnaire survey, case study, this study take the Olympic forest park as the research site to collect related data. To analyze tourists’perception and satisfaction, study concluded that tourists’satisfaction is much lower tan expectation. Also study analyze the validity of environmental interpretation through compare if tourist acquire environmental knowledge. In order to analyze vital reason for such low validity, according to the Service Quality Model, study made a special service quality model for environmental interpretation system. At last, study used IPA theory to find some important existing problems and make suggestions.
