With the continuous development of city construction, existing in our country has some of the old buildings can’t satisfy the need of people’s lives. Based on the principle of economy, Some older less use of the additional storeys and renovation of buildings can be in again. In large amounts of reconstruction project, the structure of the most commonly used is the structure of the concrete cylinder jacket. Layer tructure of the outer sleeve on the vertical doesn’t influence the bearing capacity of the original structure. The structure form of the external sleeve as opposed to other forms of structure is more reasonable. But the external sleeve structure in large span beam, the design of large span beam is external sleeve structure in the form of a difficulty. The traditional structure design method in solving the outer sleeve long-span beam intensity and stiffness in general use truss beam, thin abdomen beam and prestressed beam conversion components. Some of these traditional design method of structure design theory is not yet mature, construction practice is more complicated Sometimes the newly-built building in order to meet the demand of all kinds of people use, also has the problem of large span beam. Such as dot the city’s luxury hotels, public places of entertainment, auditorium and other special public buildings because there is large space room, must exist in the structural form of large span beam. The traditional structure design method is generally the use of special concrete beam structure. But this kind of structure form is limited to large space room located at the top. When room is located in the large space building in the middle of a layer, this cannot be used. When a large space in the bottom, the traditional structure design method to introduce the special structures. Both common engineering design of existing large span beam, the traditional structure design method has some limitations. In view of the traditional structure design method has some limitations. This study proposes a new method. According to the layer of transformation and application of new buildings, it can be divided into two kinds of structure forms. The essence of this new structure form is:by adding the column in different locations in the long-span beam, the pillars will make smaller bending moment of beam, so as to adjust the action of bending moment of beam.In view of the new form, this article from the basic mechanical static and seismic performance of two aspects of lithology respectively. In terms of statics, the paper gives the basic equation of pillars to adjust the bending moment of beam. According to construction features of the steel structure itself and construction load, the basic theory, based on the finite element simulation of different layers of the building structure, draw a new structure form of the internal force of the impact of construction load order. Research shows that:its internal force influenced by the construction load order is more obvious, which affect the increase of the architectural layers. On the seismic performance, based on the PUSHOVER analysis method to do it. In this paper, the structure of different layer to do the seismic performance evaluation, through the observation of plastic hinge in order and results and elastic-plastic point of view, this kind of structure is obtained good seismic performance.
