With the rapid development of science and technology, the car has become an essential transport for people to travel, work and other activities. Car brings great conveniences to our lives, while the operability and safety of car trouble is a growing concern. Therefore, the steering system to control the direction of vehicle travel is extraordinarily important. Steering pump as a power source of the hydraulic oil in the steering system, through the internal slide valve to maintain the output pressure of the power steering pump, the slide valve has played the role of the overflow and safety valve, and only the normal work of the slide valve, in order to ensure that the operating performance of the entire steering system maintain the best, otherwise it will affect the lives and safety of the drivers. Therefore, the power steering pump slide valve test system can better ensure the steering system performance and stability.Firstly, according to the requirements of the power steering pump slide valve model building, and the visual realization of the power steering pump slide valve structure size and spool movement based on the the AS language of Flash animation, and then appear fluid power, the spring force and other parameters are calculated and its data graphic display. Therefore, the content of the following four aspects:Power steering pump slide valve visual realization. Mainly includes the slide valve structure of the model establishment, a slide valve structure size setting, the spool valve spool movement.Analysis and calculation of the spool parameter. Respectively, fluid power.the spring force and other parameters, the correlation calculation.The related force parameters of the spool in steering pump will graphical. Related force parameters will graphics in VB, and presented in the user interface.By spring stiffness coefficient of the pump slide valve, the check valve spring stiffness coefficient values change for automobile steering Based AMEsim software to analyze the response of the spool valve movement; addition, respectively, the kinds of work status of the pump simulation, observe the pump discharge pressure, the overflow flow performance.
