With high speed,large scale of ships and the rapid development of water transportation industry-navigation environment is increasingly complex,stranding happens occasionally.Stranding brings not only economic losses,more environmental pollution,and even casualties.In order to ensure the safety of life and property,to prevent marine environment pollution,to ensure the normal operation of ships and ports,this paper studies two aspects of accuracy and rapidity of refloting tension calculation.The calculation of ship refloating tension is the basis of external refloating,and the tension quickly and accurately calculated is the key of success of ship refloating. Currently calculation of ship refloating tension bases on single point stranding ship refloating tension calculation theory.and the theory is based on single point stranding.However.the stranding accidents occur in the fairways.anchorages and other waters that undersea is flat.this accidents are generally non-single-point stranding.Non-single-point stranding ship refloating tension calculation theory breaks through single point stranding ship refloating tension calculation theory’s limitations,the theory applies not only to the non-single-point stranding,but also single point stranding.the mathematical model of non-single-point stranding ship refloating tension calculation provides a theoretical guarantee to ship refloating tension accurate calculation.On the basis of this mathematical model,developing the JAVA refloating tension calculation software.This program can calculate ship refloating tension in different tidal conditions expediently,and provide technical support for rapid calculation of ship refloating tension.
