Research And Implementation Of Ship Navigation System Based On Android

With the popularization and development of electronic chart display and information system, the function of electronic chart application system is more perfect and enrich the application form. While the ship navigation system combine the navigation radar, bridge control integrated display platform, automatic identification system and global positioning system equipment integration, it realizes the basic function of the integrated display and operation and ship navigation, ship navigation increases the high degree of automation, it has been developed to ship integrated navigation system. But in recent years, with the rapid development of mobile network and terminal equipment, ship navigation system has new demands of the mobility, portability and flexibility.The paper considers the functional requirements for electronic chart ship navigation system, combines the characteristics of intelligent mobile phone and tablet computer. With the analysis of the mainstream mobile device operating system and Android application’s components and configuration, it sets up the Android development environment and focus on the mobile equipment of ship navigation architecture, function modules, interface and related principles and norms completion of the system, implementation of each functional module, including the basic operation of electronic chart, system of ship navigation function and management of local chart file. This paper focuses on the statement format and the decoding process of AIS message. It uses the Java regular expressions to design a set of AIS syntax rules to enhance the AIS message decoding speed. With the characteristics of the network of mobile devices and wireless transmission function, the paper finally designs and completes the system of AIS data processing program; Based on the S-57electronic chart data analysis and chart display on the chart, according to the characteristics of operation, the use of Android drawing mechanism, which is designed for electronic chart display program under Android platform, it completes the integrated display AIS ship information and the electronic chart, finally realizes the navigation the basic function of the ship.
