According to domestic hotspot, This thesis focus on the direction of offshore wind energy,one of the renewable energy,and make emphasisly elaborate to its development and research progress.For the problem of high cost in the process of offshore wind energy, propose new kind of foundation of offshore wind energy fan model,considering and meeting the requirements of the safty of foundation of fan,and carry out numerical analysis,popose a more feasible kind of foundation of offshore wind energy fan model.For specific wind field in Jiangsu,propose and desine new type of three-leg fan foundation.According to the characteristic of this wind field,carry out targeted structural design of overall and detail of three-leg fan foundation,build design plan of new type of offshore three-leg fan foundation. According to this plan,and integrate with the hydrogeological conditions of wind,wave, ocean current, geological conditions in this area,carry out analysis and combination of loads,build the three-leg fan foundation model of load combination.This thesis fully considers the interaction between earth and each single pile,analyse and research the stucture under the irregular waves.Build the mold and make sturcture calculation with ANSYS program.On the base of that,research and analyze statistical regularities include load, material,pressure,and variation coefficient, make reliability analysis of component and system.In the end,make multi-objective optimization design of the stucture of the wind-electric foundation based on reliability,get more reasonable optimization result.
