In order to meet people’s requirements of the air comfort indoor, the air conditioning had become an essential part of the modern construction, the geothermal resources is derived from the underground, because of it’s clean and no pollution and the characteristics of recycled, it won people’s favours, and greatly saved the energy, as a result, the ground source heat pump air conditioning has become the most development potential air conditioner. In the traditional design, every equipment of the ground source heat pump central air conditioning system is designed according to the maximum load, regardless of the season, day and night, and the user changes load, all motors run in the condition of power frequency at the full speed. This kind of design caused the large energy wasting; In addition, the ground source heat pump central air conditioning is a big lag, nonlinear, time-varying, more interference factors, complex system, it is more difficult to control it. Therefore, analysis and study of ground source heat pump central air-conditioning control system have great significance and practical application value.Based on the whole analysis of the composition and the working principle of the ground source heat pump air conditioning system in this paper, we carried on the thorough analysis for the ground source heat pump air conditioning system control and energy saving problem. It provides a theoretical basis for the integral design of the ground source heat pump air conditioning and the design of the control method in the subsequent chapters.In the middle of the article, we design automatic control for the ground source heat pump air conditioning system, constructed an automation centralized control system using instruments and meters such as the industrial control computer, PLC, frequency converter, sensors, analyzed hardware selection, and gave the design and implementation for PLC system. In the control system, the sensor measures the temperature of the Backwater pipeline and send the data processed to the PLC, PLC collect temperature signal, controller processes operation, the processing results transfer to the inverter by PLC to regulate output frequency of frequency converter, to control the speed of the fan and the water pump, and achieve the final energy saving control.This paper introduced fuzzy control to automatically adjust the single neuron gain in the single neuron PID control algorithm, and put forward the fuzzy self-tuning gain single neuron PID control algorithm, and applied to the ground source heat pump air conditioning system. It can make motor timely according to the load change situation or slow down growth. Simulation showed that compared with other control algorithm, the control precision of the algorithm was improved, the speed of response is quickly, the water temperature of the air conditioning system can reach set value quickly, the energy-saving effect is best, the robustness stability is better, and the steady-state error is smaller.
