Wind energy is a clean energy source, its main form wind power, and has a rapid development in recent years. Currently on the market, the P M direct drive wind turbine and double-fed wind turbine is most widely used, but the P M direct drive wind turbine is very expensive, the double-fed wind turbine has a high failure rate. This paper made a timely manner, the high-speed P M wind turbine. The models compared with permanent magnet direct drive wind turbines have the same electrical characteristics but low cost, compared with the double-fed wind generator have no collector ring and brush and have a higher reliability of the system. Therefore, it as a focus for future development in some of the wind power company.This topic is Taiyuan Heavy Industry Technology Agreement signed by the Yongji Xin shi su Electric Equipment Co., Ltd., we design and manufacture of a3200kW speed of1000rpm high-speed P M wind turbine.Design and analysis key technologies for high-speed P M wind generator by the finite element analysis of the key parameters of the generator based on field-circuit calculation. Including the calculation of the generator pole arc coefficient, leakage coefficient and cogging torque simulation analysis. The harmonic Fourier decomposition using MATLAB software, combined with the winding distribution factor theory to determine the pitch selected optimization principle. Elaborating mechanism of P M motor cogging torque generated and proposed inhibition of the cogging torque workmanship, the easiest to implement four programs. Software ansoft field-circuit simulation of three-phase and two-phase motor short circuit to determine the security status of permanent magnets in extreme cases. Details of several poles of the permanent magnet wind turbine installation form, and the advantages and disadvantages of various forms of analysis, combined with the analysis results, choose this subject installed in the form of the permanent magnet, the performance of the generator meets the user requirements, and has stable operation in a year. The P M generator for3MW power level of the first independent designed in my factory, and data support for the design of the plant in the future high-power permanent magnet motor.
