Principles And Methods In Architectural Facade Design With Intergrated Sunshades

Architectural shading design is one of the most important parts of architecture design, which has important meanings to energy-saving, improving indoor light environment and being more comfortable in summer. At the same time, it also reflects the construction of its own culture and regional modeling language. In modern society, architectural shading design is not only to meet the building energy-saving, but also meet the people’s pursuit of beauty and visual perception.This thesis through paying major attentions to organization, analysis, categorizationand summary of architectural shading design method, combined with the exploration and summary of facades, body, design method of partition in shading architecture, proposed the basic principles and specific methods of choosing shading method in different local environment during the process of architecture designing. It also discussed that the architectural shading design should be consistent with the modern architectural aesthetics and how to combined shading design with architecture art.It is also made to be the important constituent element of the city scenery. Meanwhile, selecting the typical modern shading actual examples as reference, sum up a new trend combined with the shading architecture facade design that adapted to the sustainable development.Very few part of the reference instances are selected from the internet. Mostly of the instances are reality visiting and pictures. Considering about the limitation of my ability, some in scene detail material of shading product are limited, and so is my practice experience. This is the shortage of this thesis.
