Wide lead with automatic winding machine is one of the key equipment of the newproduction technology of lead-acid battery. Although, from the winding principle, and thetraditional winding technology without distinction, essentially but, due to the nature of leadand other metal materials with different requirements, winding speed and accuracy withdifferent solutions,"over the years has been not very good high speed, high accuracy andwide lead with automatic winding technology and key structure design" the problem.Research group of Jiangsu Sanhuan Industrial Limited by Share Ltd commissioned,"high speed, high accuracy and wide lead with automatic winding technology and keystructure design" to conduct the research.The main research contents are as follows:⑴The paper first discusses the topics related with the domestic and foreign researchpresent situation, on the basis of analysis and research has established the main content ofthe research and the basic idea to solve the problem.⑵According to the requirements for the enterprise product design, on the basis of theresearch status at home and abroad, with automatic winding technology for the schemedesign of wide lead, finally established a wide lead model with automatic windingtechnology optimization scheme.⑶The aiming at the optimization, with automatic winding machine is analyzed andthe dynamics and kinematics of wide lead, mathematical model is constructed.⑷The application of BP neural network and maximum torque and dynamic torquecompensation method with the process of winding tension control of wide lead. ThroughMATLAB simulation, the result is quite satisfactory.⑸The use of the key components of mathematical model is constructed to "highspeed, high accuracy and wide lead with automatic winding machine" design, windinghollow spindle, wide lead with automatic winding machine using the Solidworks Simulation software tensioning lobe, connection sleeve and other key structure areanalyzed using the finite element analysis and optimization.Main innovation point:⑴Based on the requirements of enterprises, first built the first domestic, windingwidth320mm, maximum volume with high speed and high precision wide lead diameter820mm, speed m/min belt machine technology scheme of the automatic winding.⑵According to a wide lead with automatic winding machine, using modern designmethods based on the analysis of automatic winding motor mechanics and kinematics,mathematical model is constructed. The BP+MTC+DTC compound control method is usedto lead tape tension control, and carries on the simulation analysis, the simulation resultsshow that compared with the conventional control, can realize the belt tension on leadstability control during the winding process better;⑶The hollow spindle for winding, tension lobe, connection sleeve and other keystructure are analyzed using the finite element analysis and optimization using finiteelement analysis method; laid the theoretical foundation for the high speed, high accuracyand wide lead with automatic winding machine design, production and operation.
