As the main equipment for modern power network construction,transformers play a key role in power generation,power transmission and distribution,and power distribution.The core process of its production is coil winding,and the technical level of winding is largely dependent on the technical level of the winding machine.However,at present,the transformer winding machine produced in China has low automation degree and imperfect process equipment,only supplies of single insulation layer,and can not realize synchronous winding of the belt;Moreover,the tension control technology is backward,and the winding tension fluctuation during the winding process of the rectangular coil is obvious,hence the alignment between the turns and the turns of the coil is not uniform.In view of the defects and shortcomings of the domestic winding machine control system,this paper designs a fully automatic transformer winding machine control system.The specific research contents include:Firstly,the process flow of automatic transformer winding machine production is analyzed,the overall scheme of the winding machine is designed,the control system of the winding machine is built,the hardware selection and the software part are designed.Secondly,the scheme of designing the automatic cable control system is designed.The linear winding mode of the orthogonal winding is adopted,and the shape of the orthogonal winding is selected according to the structural design requirements of the coil.In the cable arranging mechanism,the AC servo system is the core,and the winding spindle and the cable arranging mechanism are completely decoupled to form a follower system.For the winding error caused by the change of the spindle speed and the cable direction,the inertia error compensation method is adopted to gradually approach the set number of turns.In order to analyze the problem of winding tension fluctuation caused by the change of line and strip length during the winding process of rectangular coil,the traditional wire tension control scheme is improved,and a wire tension control scheme with buffer mechanism is designed.Finally,a constant tension control system is established in the main and auxiliary insulation paper supply devices,the force analysis of each component in the system is carried out,a mathematical model is established,and a multi-input single-output MISO tension controller is designed to realize the insulating paper tape.The constant tension control and simulation under Simulink verify the feasibility of the belt tension control scheme.The winding experiment of rectangular transformer was carried out and verified by experiments.The automatic winding machine control system of the transformer designed in this paper has high degree of automation and perfect process equipment,and can effectively suppress the tension fluctuation during the winding process of the wire and the insulating tape.The dynamic and static characteristics guarantee the axial tightness and the tightness of the coil winding.
