Modern Aerospace Rugged Computer(ARC) is developing toward lightweight, high-performance and low-cost. The traditional research methods of ARC, such as experimental method, analogy and induction, are increasingly unable to meet the needs of the development of space technology. In recent years, aerospace structural design has been developing towards the structural dynamic simulation. In view of the similarity of the aerospace computer chassis structure and working environment, it is useful to explore and study aerospace structural modes of the computer chassis, structural rigidity, random vibration and structural sensitivity. This paper adopts finite element theory, modal analysis, random vibration analysis, structural sensitivity analysis and structural optimization design theory to study the ARC, which is provided by Space Research Institute. In the dissertation, it has been introduced both process of the structure design and corresponding conclusion. According to Structure Simplified Theory, simplify the structure of ARC and establish the corresponding finite element model of the ARC. On the basis of structure design, use ANSYS WORKBENCH to create a parametric model of ARC Modal analysis, stiffness analysis, random vibration analysis and structural sensitivity analysis of ARC has been calculated in ANSYS WORKBENCH. And detail discussion of the results of each analysis has been made after calculation. Finally, based on the analysis of data and sensitivity regularity, optimize the structure of aerospace computer chassis and give the final results, sum the law of structural optimization of ARC...
