The nature of the smart grid is energy replacement, Compatible use and interactive economic.It is the combination of distribution technology, communication technology, network technology, sensor technology, power electronic technology and energy storage technology. Compared with the traditional power grid it has a incomparable advantage. As part of the smart grid construction,energy storage systems for wind-solar complementary generation system and distributed energy storage of Electric Vehicle (EV) play a key role in realizing the goal of energy development strategy and clean environmental protection,and will be of great significance for friendly interaction and Intelligent Dispatching among wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage systems and transmission network and solving the problem of Large scale and small volume DG’s parallel operation in Smart Grid. At the same time, As more and more renewable energy generation (DG) access to distribution network, the study of distribution network planning based on DG considering plug-in EV has become an important issue.The paper starts with improving the stability and economy of the renewable new energy and making the best of emissions Benefits and distributed energy storage by EV. optimal energy storage of large-scale renewable energy, optimal allocation of capacity of fan, photovoltaic cells and accumulators,and distribution network planning based on DG considering plug-in EV were investigated by modeling and simulation and optimization calculation.Firstly, the influence of charging procedure in EV charging station in various charging modes was analyzed by modeling and simulation,and the governing strategies to minimize this impact had also been discussed.On the basis of foregoing analysis, the advantages of EV as distributed energy storage unit had been analyzed and the environment of vehicle to grid and the future question which needs to study had been pointed out. Secondly, the paper set wind energy and sun energy as examples, and proposed the importance of the energy storage though researching the characteristics of the renew energy. Starting from economy, the paper given the theory and algorithm of Fourier simulation and sine simulation to get the minimum required storage capacity of the wind farm and photovoltaic (PV) farm so that it can smooth the output of the wind power and PV power as far as possible.Then on the basis of foregoing theory,a model of optimal allocation of capacity of fan, photovoltaic cells and accumulators was built: analyse the existing wind power output and PV power output throughout the year,and compute the optimal allocation of sizes with the goal of Minimizing the initial investment costs of Wind turbines, solar panels and storage device and making the best of emissions Benefits and distributed energy storage by EV.Finally, we established network planning model based on DG considering plug-in EV, taking into DG investment and maintenance costs, avoid the environmental costs and the network loss. NSCiA-Ⅱ is used to plan the network. Numerical results show that reasonable access of DG can effectively reduce the network loss and brinu environmental benefits.
