Air-source heat pump water heater has many advantages such as energy saving, environmental protection and safety as a new generation water heater. However, some problems exist in the process of manufacture and use of air-source heat pump water heater, such as too much resources and energy consumption, low materials recovery rate, loud noise, not environmental protecting refrigerant and low reliability. These problems affect the promotion and use of air-source heat pump water heater. This paper researches the green degree evaluation of air-source heat pump water with Fussy Extensible Analytic Hierarchy Process to solve these problems. It can describe the green performance of products quantificationally and provide information to improve green performance for the process of design, manufacture, use and recycle. The following is the main research contents of this paper:(1) The green performance of air-source heat pump water heater in each stage of the life cycle is analyzed. A reasonable green degree evaluation indexes system of air-source heat pump water heater is set.(2) This paper sets a hierarchical structure analysis model of comprehensive green degree evaluation of air-source heat pump water heater and sets extensible judgment matrixes with Extensible Analytic Hierarchy Process. And it evaluates air-source heat pump water heater fuzzily with fuzzy comprehensive judge method and sets the membership degree and membership matrixes of lowest evaluation indexes. The comprehensive green evaluation results are got finally.(3) A comprehensive green evaluation prototype system of air-source heat pump water heater is designed with VB6.0and Microsoft Access2003.This system can be used to evaluate the green degree of air-source heat pump water heater simply and practically. The system can provide information to improve green performance according to evaluation results. This paper researches comprehensive green degree evaluation of air-source heat pump water heater with Fussy Extensible Analytic Hierarchy Process systematically. And it is helpful to guide improve the green performance of air-source heat pump water heater.
