Oil spill leads to great harm, once the oil spill occurs, it would not only bring serious damage to the ecological balance of the ocean but also make coastal areas suffer economic losses. In view of oil spills from ships have highly risk and sudden, the features are complex, it is particularly important of oil spill emergency response. Oil booms are the most common and effective equipment and device for oil blocking, its main role is to:enclosing control and centralized, diversion and prevent potential oil spill.This study built on the basis of the following experimental and calculated:To analyze the influence of oil booms oil blocking with flow rate on oil quality through multiple sets of numerical simulation; Establish oil booms’physical model, and write multiple user-defined functions; Establish numerical wave tank, to use the push plate wave to simulate numerical wave; Realized oil booms in the state by ship towing follower simulation; realize three-dimensional numerical wave, present a simulation of imitation physical wave elimination structure and well realize; In state of dynamic in comparison with several structures around oil field interception effect; compared the effects of oil blocking with several structures in the state of follower; Compared forces of different shapes oil booms in different sea conditions, and do the comprehensive and optimize selection above experiment results.In addition, this paper also analyzed several structurally different booms oil spill in the controlled process produces different effects on the oil boom of factors.
