The ship monitoring alarm system is an important foundation which in guidance of maintenance and management of marine engineer for the vessel power equipment and systems, especially for the modern Unattended Machinery Space(UMS) ship, the safe operation of equipment relies heavily on advanced detection alarm technology.The equipment and operation of the system status information is transmitted over the network to the remote monitoring terminal, and it can alarm the failure of non-normal state and parameters limit of the system.Comprehensive monitoring and warning system involves multiple disciplines, but in essence, it is the remote transmission of information and the utilization problem, therefore research the design of an integrated alarm system need to focus on real-time communication, network topology, information collection and processing, and the software development and design technology.This thesis mainly research object is the CAN bus as the ship engine room comprehensive monitoring network of the site data collection network, focused on the bus protocols, system framework, the hardware communication module and the server and the remote temiinal software development technology which involved in the system design and development. CAN bus as an on-site real-time monitoring network bus protocol has been widely used in ships and industrial site monitoring. The modern vessel monitoring system widely used two-layer or three-layer structure of the underlying data collection network, and this network multi-use CAN2.0B agreement.the Agreement compatible with the standard frame of CAN1.2agreement and data communication format of CAN2.0extended frame. Under the CAN2.0B protocol standard has developed analog input/output, digital input/output and the temperature pulse sensor data communication module, all modules are dual CAN redundant system design. Based on this to build the ship monitoring network simulation platform, the system consists of a field bus network, Industrial Ethernet and application layer local area network. Using Visual Studio. NET2010has developed system server-side data acquisition software and remote monitoring network application software. In the hardware environment of standard analog data input/output and digital input/output tested the various indicators of the system’s data transmission, experiments show that the network structure has a better real-time data exchange and reliability.In thethesis, the design and development of system software and hardware architecture can be used for the actual ship monitoring network integration, the development of the Engine Room Simulator simulation system based on CAN bus and the marine engineering bus system laboratory. |
