At present, instead of conventional energy in potential new energy technology, only nuclear energy can meet the requirements of social development, have a large-scale development in the aspects of economy, resources and ability condition. From the beginning of2003, China has entered a period of rapid growth of nuclear power, with many domestic nuclear power project development, power quality problem in power systems for nuclear power construction has aroused widespread concern in nuclear power engineering. Nuclear power construction of power supply system in ensuring the stable development of nuclear power engineering projects at the same time, also to the power grid brought no power waste phenomenon can not be ignored.Due to the characteristics of nuclear power engineering construction, power supply system of nuclear power construction is often used for220kV high voltage transmission lines and large section communication cable as the distribution line, and in the early construction period, because of the construction site of the electricity needs long time not up to the design standard, a large number of cables are generated by the capacitive wattless unable to consume, no work was sent to the phenomenon of the power grid, power factor is negative, waste is serious, also affected the safe and stable operation of power grid, the need to focus on governance.On the other hand, because of the lack of reactive power transmission grid problems and bring every month levied high power electricity, brings extra burden to the construction of nuclear power units. Nuclear power as a kind of high cost of construction, long construction cycle energy projects, rational investment control is the key project construction management. Therefore, during the construction of nuclear power project without power transmission rate electricity problems caused by worth builders attention.This paper firstly to Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Project as an example, in-depth analysis of nuclear power construction of power supply system, the wattless power calculation model construction of power supply system, followed by the combination of system parameters and actual operation data, the nuclear power construction of power supply system without power to send of mechanism and the essential reason, finally based on the particularities of construction power supply for nuclear power engineering without power transmission problems, proposes the use of SVG (Static Var Generator) of dynamic compensation method of the new construction of nuclear power projects, power supply without power transmission problems of governance, finally, to verify the simulation with MATLAB.The author expects the research contents and conclusions of the research can provide some theoretical reference for the design, the domestic nuclear power project construction.
