In order to respond to a nation of green remanufacturing’s call, all various walks of life, especially mechanical manufacturing industry, begin to circulate on some scrap parts processing recycling to improve the utilization rate of resources.This paper developed a bearing cage dismantling punch by both empirical design and modern design. This machine can split the deep groove ball bearing, to reuse the inner and outer rings and the balls that can be recycled.This paper researches mainly includes the following aspects:(1) The open press structure and gas-liquid pressurized cylinder make the heavy machine more reasonable structure. smaller and lighter. The gas-liquid pressurized cylinder is of great significance to the press.(2) The target and restriction functions of weigh、stress of the body are formed in this paper. The weight of the press body is reduced by parameter optimization based on sensitivity analysis.(3) Mould design is one important part of the punch, it is directly related to the quality of bearing dismantling successful or not. Standardization of mold design and process is proposed, which can effectively shorten the production cycle.(4) Many kinds of relays and sensors are used in the electrical control system to make the machine more automated. It not only reduces the labor intensity of workers, but also improves dismantling quality by using the machine.The equipment has been used in actual production and has a good result. For the many die, the average speed is every6seconds, but for the single die, it needs27seconds. The punch is of great help to the dismantling of bearing, also further improve the utilization rate of the bearing components, is also an important part of green remanufacturing industry chain.
