With the growth of car ownership in China, traffic accident-prone has become aproblem that must be addressed. In China, a number of car-related quality and accidentdisputes also increased by a large number of traffic accidents according to recent data withhuge casualties and property losses. Disputes around the vehicle braking performanceaccounted for a large proportion in many disputes. China’s vehicle inspection agency made aseries of standards and requirements for vehicle braking performance detection,identification of systematic and standardized. However, traffic accident vehicle lost travelingcapability due to been damaged by the collision in most cases. They do not have thetechnical conditions of detected by road tests or station tests. In this case, the domesticusually use the method of visual observation, a rough qualitative judgment, which cannotdetect the specific technical parameters, and it lacked of means of detection because of thefocus in different directions on abroad. For such being the case, visual observation methodqualitative judgment is usually used through artificial experience at home and abroad. Thatcannot get specific technical parameters of the braking performance because of the lack ofthe means of detection and identification.For the current situation in the direction of thebraking force detection of identification industry, this paper study braking force detectionbased on controllable torque through traditional single-wheel braking force detectionmethod.Departure from the braking process with brake principle, a theoretical analysis of therelationship between the ground braking force and braking force, the comparative analysis ofthe experimental data results show that: accident car brake single wheel braking force testmethods evaluation is feasible. On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantagesof the single wheel braking force detection method proposed in this paper to test the newmethod based on the controllable torque accident vehicle braking force:Asynchronous motorwith electromagnetic slip clutch to match constitute a slip motor, proposed to slip motor as the core the controllable torque accident vehicle braking force control scheme of the test.First of all, get the relational model between electromagnetic slip clutch output torque andexcitation current based on the principle of electromagnetic slip clutch. Second, useposition-PID control algorithm to control the braking force loading system to solve thenon-linear characteristics of the controlled object. Finally, according to the model, thesimulation analysis based on MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform for controlled torquebraking force control scheme of the loading device. Conduct static load control simulationexperiment for the braking force, Identify and optimize the control parameters of thepositional PID control algorithm. Conduct dynamically loaded control simulationexperiment for the braking force, Identify and optimize the dynamic response timeparameters of the controlled object. Evaluate the error of the control system according to thesimulation data analysis processing. The simulation results proved the feasibility of theproposed controllable torque braking force loading method and established control theorymodel is correct.
