Study Of The Quality Control Of The Key Process Of The CRTSâ…¢ Precasted Slab

With continuous development of China’s high-speed railway construction,unballasted track structure is widely used. In order to consummate the structure undervarious operating circumstances and potently support the ‘Going Out’ Strategy, theRailway Ministry organized to research and develop CRTS-III of unballasted trackindependently. For improper manner of tensioning process and quality control orconcrete curing control, problems like surface cracks, slower-growing concretestrength and tension sync rate in the process of the pilot production will definitelystunt product defect repair and delivery. Therefore, key processes such as qualitymanagement, process control, and technology improvement have to be emphasized tocontain such problems fundamentally.Through a long period, ISO9000standard units against ‘Eight QualityManagement Principles’ provide a framework for the enterprise’s implementation ofquality management. Based on inside knowledge of quality management, project caseof CRTS-III of unballasted track prefabricated engineering in Panjing-YingkouPassenger Railway, GB/T19001-2008idt ISO9001:2008QMS requirements and theContract, this article elaborates the application of the basic principle of qualitymanagement, process and method in this project. Firstly passenger railway lineconstruction in China and quality management theory’s application in theconstruction are introduced. In the following article, we present overview of theproject, count quality failures and find out that tension anchor seal, steam curingprocess and quality control measures impact greatly on prefabricated quality. Byimproving these processes, relevant problems could be reduced. Frameworksummarized through quality management procedure includes responsibilities of the quality system, production resources, quality management, human resourcesmanagement, file management, process quality management and product qualityinspection. Quality guaranteed agencies’ establishing and operating bottom on qualitypolicy and objectives. Specific measures of quality management and key processes’improvement mentioned at last. Through establish of functional quality managementsystem, CRTS-III track plate prefabrication and other track plate prefabrication willbe improved thereafter.
