Abstract/Summary:
Research of the technology scheme for central heating project ofChina Huaneng Jiutai Power Plant discussed the project background, theproject conforms to the national energy saving、 environmentalprotection、comprehensive utilization of resources and other requirements,laid the foundation for energy saving and emission reduction targets ofthe national "Twelfth Five-Year Pl"an. The research of the technicalscheme of the project had the vital significance for the development ofenterprise: the optimal scheme can promote sustainable development ofJiutai Power Plant and Jiutai city economy. Research on engineeringtechnique scheme of heating was beneficial to improve the level ofmanagement of enterprise. The research of central heating engineeringtechnology program of Jiutai Power Plant put forward the technologyscheme optimization, provided a scientific platform for enterprisemanagement, and laid a good foundation for the scientific decision ofenterprise.The district has demand of heating project, analyzed the currentsituation of Jiutai city heating. Jiutai city existing regional boiler has beenunable to meet the demand of city construction; the heating capacity islower than the city’s development, the need to build a new heat source.The existence of a heating incorporated is enterprise losses、lower energyutilization rate、serious air pollution. Because the heating quality is low,the public repeatedly petition is damaging the government’s image andcredibility.The project conforms to the national industrial policy requirements,according to the national policy, for steam turbine retrofit support125MW-600MW condensing units. Unit transformation withcomprehensive upgrade national transformation conditions, heatingtransformation countries support pure condensing unit, and have therelevant preferential policy support and financial subsidies. The PowerGrid Corp provides scheduling priority rights or to increase efforts tosupport the plan.Factors of central heating engineering technology scheme wereanalyzed from the effect of energy saving,> environmental protection、investment、social and water saving.Provided three options for the engineering technology scheme: scheme one was the use of absorption heat pump circulating water heatheating plan extraction; scheme two was the steam extraction of directheating; scheme three was the steam extraction and extraction ofcirculating water heat absorption heat pump heating scheme.Optimization of central heating engineering design used multipleattribute decision making theory, analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Firstof all, set up the hierarchy structure of effect factors, and then establishedjudgment matrix of each influence factor, calculated the impact of singleweight factors, finally according to the calculation method of AHPComposite order weight data, determined the optimum result.The third scheme was defined as the optimal scheme, was the steamextraction and extraction using absorption heat pump circulating waterheat heating scheme, this scheme both energy conservation andenvironmental protection, investment recovery period was shorter.Research of central heating engineering technology program,through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), analyzed engineeringtechnique scheme of heating influence factors for Jiutai Power Plant toestablish judgment matrix, calculated the weight of each factor influenceranking, with composite ranking weight calculation data, determined ofthe optimum result.The optimal result was selected by using AHP method selection, laidthe basis and scientific theoretical platform for enterprises to betterscientific decision-making, and laid a solid foundation for the sustainabledevelopment of enterprises.
