The Study Of Synthetically Evaluation On The Alternative Fuel Vehicles

With the development of social economy and the cars city, a large amount of emissions produced by gasoline cars has heavily polluted the atmosphere. It is important and strategic to develop alternative fuel vehicles for the harmonious development of energy, economy and environment.The development of alternative fuel vehicles is a new issue, although the government has great passion on it, the development is in no order. Technical economic assessment method is traditional method used for assessment on energy project, but it has little consideration on environment and energy. If we choose the substitute scenario on experience or the data, or isolated and partially look on the assessment of alternative fuel vehicles, the conclusion may be unilateral.AHP and GRAP theory are the primary theory of the system assessment. After the study on alternative fuel vehicles, the paper uses the AHP and GRAP in the assessment and development on it.The paper constructs a theory model, which is used for assessment on environment, economy, technology, and energy. After the study on the system of alternative fuel vehicles all over the world, the paper analyses and estimates the alternative fuel vehicles on environment, economy, technology, and energy.The paper uses the model to study the development of the alternative fuel vehicles in Beijing using its abundant condition and brings forward the countermeasure.
