Design Of Dual Clutch Of The Dry DCT And Simulation Analysis During Starting

Dual clutch transmission（DCT） as a kind of new automatic transmission hasa simple structure, high transmission efficiency and low manufacturing costwhich compared to other types of automatic transmission system.And it shiftsmoothly, quickly and without interruption of power.So the vehicle which equipwith DCT has more superior power, economic type than other ones.At present, itsmarket share is increasing day by day, and has a good developmentprospect.Therefore, the study of key technology of DCT has importantsignificance.In this paper, after considering vehicle starting quality and dynamicquality，set the starting control strategy of different working conditions.Ituses computer simulation software and finite element analysis technology todiscuss the simulation calculation for the dry dual clutch starting quality andthe thermal analysis of friction pair.The main works as follow:(1)According to the relevant parameter of the vehicle to design the structureand compute the basic parameter of dry dual clutch, and checks calculation ofparameter performance.(2)Based on the drive system of DCT to analyse the dry dual clutchtransmission system dynamics model,and starting control strategy of dry dualclutch was formulated.(3)The vehicle starting dynamic model with that strategy above wasestablished and simulated in Matlab/Simulink， and calculate evaluationparameters of starting quality to evaluate the rationality of the strategy.Inthe meanwhile, it provide the boundary conditions for the thermalcharacteristics analysis of the dry dual clutch. (4)The transient temperature fields, thermal deformations and thermalstress fields of the dry dual clutch in starting conditions were simulated byusing ansys/workbench software.(5) Finally this paper analyzes influence factors of the dry dual clutchtemperature rise,and come up with the method to reduce the dry dual clutchtemperature rise。...
