As an important part of the urban water supply system,the water intake pump station in the water supply plant has problems of low pump operation efficiency and serious waste of energy generally.In addition,with the rapid development of frequency conversion technology and the decrease of frequency converter cost,the frequency converter is widely used in the pump station.However,the application of the inverter in the operation and dispatch of the pumping station has been greatly restricted due to the problem of the technology itself.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and explore the optimal operation and scheduling of water pumping system.In this paper,the optimal operation mode of the parallel inverter and the optimal scheduling theory of the water intake system are studied based on the frequency conversion technology and its application in the water intake system.The main contents and achievements of the thesis are as follows:(1)It is researched on optimal operation regulation mode of the parallel variable frequency pump with pressurized piping system.Aiming at three typical pressure water conveyance system,it is analyzeded on the characteristic and characteristic curve of water pump work based on the basic regulation of variable frequency pumps in parallel theory.Respectively,general analytic formula of the best operating frequency and the optimal running the Numbers is set up for in both cases of regarding the frequency converter and motor efficiency and considering the the frequency converter and motor efficiency.it can get any simple,rapid and accurate filling and emptying system of variable frequency pump pressure pump in parallel of the optimal operation adjustment method through the analytic formula.It provides technical theory basis for optimizing operation scheduling of frequency conversion pump station.(2)It is researched on optimal operation of intake water system with variable frequency pump.In regard to the operational characteristics of intake pumping water stations,a model which included variable frequency pump was applied for optimal operation of the intake pumping water station.The model was developed with the minimum day total operational cost as objective function.And the effect of peak-valley price and regulation of clearwells were taken into consideration.The solution of the dynamic programming ideas were respectively presented.The operation model and the algorithm is proved to be ideal to give the operation scheduling policy of different pump configuration scheme of intake water pumping station.It has obvious energy saving effect.The mathematical model is applied to the optimal operation scheduling of water intake system with variable frequency pump reasonably and effectively.It is of certain guiding significance for energy-saving operation of analogous water pumping station.(3)It is considered that peak valley electricity price and the effective adjustment of volume factor on the daily running influences cost of the intake pump station and the case is verified and analyzed.The calculated results of the practical example shows that pump open rule is coordinated with the peak-valley price and the ability to adjust the effective volume of the cistern.When electricity price is in valley period,it should make the station to pump more water.When electricity price is in peak period,it should make use of the storage of clearwells to meet the demand of users.It can advoid to open more pumps.It can effectively achieve to run with peak shifting and the full advantage of regulation of clearwells to responde to the peak-valley price to decrease the the day total operational cost of the intake pumping water station significantly.
