| Rapid and wide-range deployment of troops is becoming more and more frequently in daily duty of the armed police. Therefore, a new transport vehicle will be need to satisfy police transporting and camping simultaneously.In order to design a new transport-camping bus for armed police, the rear engine chassis of the EQ6991RCD3G passenger bus was selected based on requirements and market intelligence. Semi-integral body was used for the camping bus. General arrangement of the bus was designed. Body sides opening and floor lateral releasing were hydraulic driven.Three dimensional structure model of the camping bus was build using three-dimensional modeling software. FE model of the camping bus was meshed using the software of Ansys. Then the analysis of one suspended wheel of the bus was conducted, as well as the strength and stiffness analysis of body side, so as to meet design requirements in the driving conditions and strength requirements in the camping conditions.Technology solution of the bus repacking from EQ6991RCD3G bus to camping bus was proved available, through road experiments of the real camping bus. |
