High power rectifier devices have long been the key foundation of power supply equipment in the electrolytic metallurgy, electrolysis chemical, rail transportation and other industries. Therefore, stability, security, efficient operation of high power rectifier devices has been its basic requirements. In order to reflect the efficiency of high power rectifier devices at real time, the monitoring system of the energy loss of the devices’components need to be developed. Then, we can carry out the corresponding energy-saving new technology research easily. To a certain extent, this procedure will have very important sense to our country’s industry and the grid’s development.In the first place, this paper elaborates the structure of high power rectifier devices. According to the characteristics of the structure, the energy loss of rectifier device was analyzed in detail. At the same time, in connection with the environment of the high power rectifying devices in the grid, this paper also analyzed the harmonic generation process and the mechanism of harmonic loss, and put forward several kinds of harmonic suppression measures. On this basis, in order to enhance the accuracy grade of the monitoring system, this paper also accomplished the error analysis of the primary component in the system. Therefore, the above-mentioned have laid theoretical foundation for the manufacturing of the monitoring device in the later period.Secondly, this article presents the monitoring system scheme, and especially the detailed introduction and description about hardware were fulfilled. According to the corresponding parameters of the power system, this article builded reasonable signal conditioning circuits, achieved new breakthrough about the technology of the synchronous trigger, and also accomplished the data communication and storage. Furthermore, the hardware platform has passed the experimental verification.Finally, considering the energy loss monitoring system of the high power rectifier device is located in an environment that electromagnetic field is very strong; this paper has made abundant analysis and research in the anti-interference of the system in accordance with the requirements of device development. Especially for the hardware module, from the industry scene signal anti-interference to the small signal anti-interference of the printed circuit board, the paper analyzed their interference source. And then it put forward a lot of relevant anti-interference measures. In summary, the study above must have provided with very significance for the long time, safe and stable operation of the monitoring system in various complicated environment.
