Transformer in the grid is the main equipment, We cannot leave the transformerin each department of electric power production, transmission, distribution and so on.The China power grid which is Rapid develop will promote the rapid development ofmarket power transformer.After the power system in the implementation of the powertransmission from west to east and the development strategy of the national network,thus it is very important to increase the operation reliability of the transformer.It hasvery important meaning for the optimization design for the improvement of theperformance of the products has been saved the energy and protected the ecologicalenvironment.This article has made some theoretical significance and practical value of theproject results in view of the influence converter transformer is manufacturing andoperation cost of higher losses, in consulting a large number of documents on thebasis of a comprehensive and in-depth research.Firstly,it is designed that the adjustable transformer and the rectifier transformer,Calculated their parameters like diameter, magnetic flux density, wire gage, shortcircuit impedance, normal temperature, current density, idle current and so on,analyzed their normal operation conditions and introduced the method of connectingthe winding layer type.The open circuit loss is analysed and calculated, load loss(including basic loss, additional loss and stray loss) of the adjustable transformer andthe rectifier transformer. The influence of various losses in the design of variousparameters is analyzed.Secondly,it is analyzed that the objective function and the constraint conditionsof the adjustable transformer and the rectifier transformer in the optimization,established the optimization design models and gets a set of data which made theminimal loss of transformer used the genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters inthe meet. Compared to two sets of data, the parameters of transformer after theoptimization of has reduced the loss and improved the modulation and the wholebecome efficiency.Finaly,it is analyzed that the magnetic field use ANSYS simulation software andverified the correctness and practical of the results after simulated the loss of theadjustable transformer and the rectifier transformer, optimizated the practical and feasible.
