The inductive transformer is the indispensable important equipment in the power system.Now it is the mainstream product in the market. Along with the vigorous development ofmodern power industry, there is higher and higher request to the electromagnetic inductivetransformer. In order to raise the design speed and complete the optimization design to improvethe reliability and the quality of the product, the development of optimization design system ofelectromagnetic inductive transformer has become the research hotspot at home and abroad.This paper takes the typical voltage transformer JDCF-110 as the research object to finishthe development of optimization design system. Based on the deep study on the electromagneticinductive transformer's structure, the basic design method of electromagnetic inductivetransformer is studied on and the basic design software is developed with VC++. The geneticalgorithm is put forward to apply in the electromagnetic inductive transformer's optimizationdesign. The mathematical model with the cost as the optimization objective function isestablished and the optimization design software is finished on the MATLAB platform. Thebasic design and the optimization design of electromagnetic inductive transformer can berealized to achieve the anticipated goal.
