The isoamylene production equipment is very important in the petrochemical industry and the hydrogen compressor plays an important role in the equipment. Because of its complex working, the condition of compressor has to been monitored to guarantee compressor working stably. In this paper, about the condition of the compressor, some parameters are determined to reflect the compressor’s working, including vibration, temperature, pressure, speed, and so on. The corresponding sensors are selected to measure the parameters and their demands of installing are studied. The condition parameters are monitored and analyzed with integrated fault model. Based on the parameters, the reflections of the state of compressor are discussed in paper. In the end of this paper, the software of compressor condition monitoring system are studied. Based on all above conclusions, a set of comprehensive fault mode monitoring system is designed and work well in the production system.
