Huaneng Haimen power plant,which has the largest unit capacity of Unit#1in china at present, has been combusting non-design coal after168hours performace guarantee test, and the discrepancy between actual coal and design coal is large because of market and other factors. Moreover,there is a discrepancy between actual operation condition and design operation condition due to various reasons with regard to the fabrication and erection of equipments.Some operation problems came out during168hours performace guarantee test,Such as exhaustion temperature is high%coal size is large、cabron content of fly ash is slight large、some pipes are overheating、some burners are burned red or broken、coal stuccoedwalls、slight coking etc. To find out the operation characteristic of generating unit and actural operation conditions, the comprehensive and systematic optimize test have been implemented on coal pulverizing system and cumbustion system, the analysis and summarize have also been completed.Through a series of normative basal test, we can learn more about the operation characteristic of coal pulverizing system and cumbustion system, and get the optimum method of operation, The test results is also helpful to grasp the operation characteristic of ultra supercritical boiler and improve safety performance and economical efficiency of generating unit, In addition, it can be a reference to operation adjustment of boiler for other powerplant.
