This is a practical paper, is based in the simulation of Mark VI control system of Suzhou Blue Sky gas-steam combined cycle gas turbine power plant. First, the article outlines the power generation process of Suzhou Blue Sky gas-steam combined cycle power plant. Then, the article discussed the structure of Mark VI turbine control system, at the same time,made a detailed description of the role of the three control systems during operation including the main control system, the sequence control system and the protective control system. Then, on the basis of these theories, we are finished the simulation model struction and algorithmic programming of the three main control systems on the simulation platform named Star90. and then described the design ideas of each control module as well as meaning of the main input and output of the logic modules. Finally, combined with the gas turbine startup process, the article discussed how the auxiliary and master systems operate during the programe of the clear blowing, igniting, warming-up, speeding up to the upgrade speed of the gas turbine. In the starting process, we have got a gas turbine starting up curve. From the curve,we can not only see more clearly and more intuitive how the control systems including gas turbine main control system, sequential control systems, protection systems coordinately work, but alse can get the control simulation system error rate through the collection of data points.In this case,we got a valuable reference of building power plant control simulation models, and for our future more accurate simulation of the control system foundation.
