Power system harmonic detection is the primary task of reducing harmonic harm, but also an urgent need to ensure safe and reliable operation of power supply system. Safe and economic operation of equipment relying solely on improving the quality of the equipment itself, power quality and its effects has not been widespread concern, how to network harmonics damage to a minimum need to be resolved.Power system harmonic detection is the most basic and most crucial links, improve power quality to solve the problem of harmonic pollution effective, fast and accurate measurement, you must first harmonic obtained the amplitude and frequency of the harmonic. Recently, embedded technology has been rapid development of the ARM family of microprocessor with low power, high performance, low cost, one of the current market, the most widely used embedded processor.This article focuses on the power system harmonic detection algorithm, computing speed, measurement accuracy, and portability, to achieve the degree of difficulty, adaptive capacity, and other aspects of several harmonic detection method were compared and analyzed the harmonic processing and analysis algorithms based on fast Fourier transform, fast Fourier transform spectral leakage and picket fence effect that may occur in the harmonic detection in-depth discussion, and presents a software-based phase-locked loop solution.On the basis of the theoretical algorithms research, this paper designs based on embedded power harmonics detection system. The system uses the STM32processor chip as the core of the system components, the various functional modules of the system by the signal acquisition unit, signal conditioning unit, a data processing unit, and data communication unit and other components. The paper presents the detailed design of the system interface circuit and the overall software design.Finally, experimental verification of the accuracy of the harmonic detection system design and function. The results show that the harmonic detection system designed in this paper has a high measurement accuracy to meet the testing requirements of power system harmonics, and the next step is to continue to study and improve the place. |
