The purpose of the network planning is to resolve the contradictions of the power point planning and uneven load distribution, rational use of power resources; scientific, rational planning of the power system can not only get a huge economic and social benefits, and also avoid unreasonable planning resourcesa huge waste. Therefore, scientific planning and optimization of the power system, in-depth exploration and research to maximize the quality of planning to ensure the feasibility of implementation of planned projects, is of great practical significance.For example, on the basis of a careful analysis of Shijiazhuang City, the development of economic and social profiles, and grid status quo, the load growth trends and the electric power and energy, the use of a variety of methods to forecast electricity consumption and peak load demand for electricity in Shijiazhuang Shijiazhuang predict and determine the planning objectives and the technical principles of the high voltage distribution network in Shijiazhuang, during data analysis on the basis of co-ordinating urban transmission and distribution network planning, to improve the grid structure to further promote the Shijiazhuang City, the coordinated development of distribution network and other infrastructure planning, building the network is strong, the structure is reasonable, safe, reliable, flexible operation, energy saving, cost-effective distribution network, and continuously improve the supply capacity of the distribution network and power quality to meet the needs of social development and economic growth. Shijiazhuang region’s future power grid construction has important guiding significance.
