With the development of economy and technology, the security and stability ofthe grid is a growing impact on society, and increasing grid reliability requirements.The power supply enterprises are facing a tremendous cost pressures, is necessary toensure equipment availability and reliability of power supply, but also strive to reducethe maintenance costs of the pressure. Therefore, how to enhance the productionefficiency of the power supply enterprise, improve the level of automation, to protectthe power supply reliability, reduce the loss of equipment failure, power supplyenterprises are facing one of the important issues.Due to the traditional maintenance bring security risks and inefficiencies, whileelectricity consumption increased dramatically increasing amount of maintenance,maintenance put into high problem seriously restricting the development of theelectric power enterprise. The power transformer as the power system input,transformation and distribution equipment in the most important and one of the mostexpensive equipment, but also a large capacity, high failure rate of equipment, itsrunning state of security is directly related to the entire power system safety andeconomy. When the transformer failure, ranging from the impact of the production,and the inconvenience to people’s lives; while endanger people’s lives and propertysafety, hinder the development of the national economy as a whole. Therefore, thedetection transformer status at any time, early detection and troubleshootingtransformer may exist, one of the important means to safeguard the reliability ofpower supply.The main type transformer fault diagnosis. Explore the transformer conditionmonitoring and fault diagnosis based on reliability analysis technology, lifemanagement overhaul forecasting techniques and state economic and technicalanalysis as the core, the establishment of a maintenance strategy based on theeconomic benefit of the transformer state production and existing distribution networkmanagement information system and production safety management informationsystem is a combination of full use of the two systems have databases and monitoringequipment, transformer economic overhaul strategy. The results of this research canalso as the Suixi Power Supply Bureau, other power transmission equipmentmaintenance work of reference, to provide ideas to reduce the maintenance costs oftransmission and distribution equipment.
